Sunset Socials: A Midweek Meetup

Every Wednesday at 7:30 pm. Join in each Wednesday evening this summer for a relaxed all-ages meetup on the front lawn at Good Shepherd! We’ll have popsicles, yard games, and plenty of space to connect, laugh, and enjoy the beauty of a Washington summer together. Whether you’re young or just young at heart, this is a weekly chance to build relationships and share in community fun under the trees. All are welcome!

Outdoor Coffee & Conversation Hour

You are invited to Good Shepherd’s Coffee and Conversation Gathering taking place every Monday morning from 10 to 11 am. Meet new friends, as well as connect with old friends over conversation and treats. Come for coffee and other beverages, donuts, conviviality and conversation. In the summer months we meet outside in the front lawn picnic area. Please invite friends! Start your Monday mornings here at Good Shepherd where everyone is welcome!

Wild Worship: Sunday Morning Outdoor Worship

Sunday mornings at 10 am through September 14. Enjoy Sunday Morning Worship all summer long under a beautiful “cathedral of trees,” and celebrate a season of beauty, welcome, and thanksgiving for the gift of the land and trees that hold us as we gather. Some highlights of outdoor worship:

Sunday, June 29 – Pride Sunday

Sunday, July 13 – Blessing of the Animals

Sunday, July 27 – Christmas in July

Throwback 90’s Block Party

Everyone is invited to a Throwback 90’s Block Party for fun-filled outdoor potluck BBQ with classic outdoor games, face painting, a three-legged race, and water balloon toss. We’ll provide the burgers (including vegetarian options) and ask that everyone bring a side dish to share. Invite neighbors and friends to join in for fun, food, and community. Don’t miss it!

Family Camp Nites: Evening Activity Camp

Evenings at 5-8 pm, July 8-10. Join in on three fun-filled evenings of crafts, games, service projects, free play, and meaningful connection at Family Camp Nites! Along the way, we’ll share stories and experiences that remind every child (and grown-up!) that they belong, they are beloved, and they are delightful to God. All ages are welcome—and yes, dinner (and s’mores!) is served each night!
